Job description

As a Software Programmer at Bright-Win Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative software solutions. In this full‑time position, you will be based in Pandan Perdana, Kuala Lumpur, and contribute to the company's technological advancements.

What you’ll be doing

Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software applications

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Troubleshooting and debugging existing software systems to ensure optimal performance

Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development

Continuously improving coding practices and implementing best practices

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Programmer or a related position (Fresh graduate encouraged to apply)

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies

Experience in working with databases such as MySQL, APIs, and web technologies

Other related skill(s) if any: AI, Deployment for clusterDB, auto scaling container (kubernetes)

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

Good communication, self‑discipline, initiative, work independently and collaboration skills

A passion for technology and a desire to stay informed about the latest industry trends
