Job description

We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong interest in implementing and integrating Elasticsearch-based solutions, and secondary exposure to enterprise workload automation platforms such as Stonebranch and Automic.

This role is hands‑on and implementation‑focused, involving solution design, deployment, integration, optimization, and customer support across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will work closely with solution architects, presales, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise platforms for data, analytics, observability, and security across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage distributed systems, including data ingestion, processing, indexing, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain data models, queries, dashboards, and visualizations to support business and operational needs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize mission‑critical systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Integrate platforms with applications, data sources, infrastructure components, and external systems; develop tools, scripts, or prototypes to improve operational efficiency and explore new technologies or product features.
• Participate in solution design, proof‑of‑concepts, technical implementations, and research best practices, while producing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Travel may be required for onsite implementation, subject to project requirements and governance regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in software engineering, platform implementation, or system integration roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong foundation in server‑side and client‑side web development.
• Knowledge/experience in frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, Mockito, or similar, is advantageous.
• Experience with application deployment to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of data indexing, querying, and performance optimization concepts.
• Experience in system integration using REST APIs and standard protocols.
• Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
• Understanding of application security and enterprise system operations is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience or strong exposure to Elasticsearch (Search, Observability, or SIEM) is a plus.
