Overview

Candidate is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create efficient, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on business requirements. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to maintain software quality. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure bug-free software releases.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement software features. Participate in software development processes, including planning and daily stand-ups.
• Documentation and Maintenance: Write technical documentation, including software specifications and user guides. Maintain and update existing software applications as needed.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest software development trends and technologies. Suggest improvements and implement best practices to enhance software performance.

Qualifications

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, M@ndarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
• Familiar with Eclipse IDE, MySql, Java or C Sharp.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab, SVN Tortoise).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for coding.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
