✨ What Will You Do?

• Build & Deliver: Develop robust, high-performance features for our core trading platforms using modern tech stacks.

• Collaborate & Integrate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Innovate & Improve: Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and iterative enhancement.

• Grow & Learn: Receive mentorship to hone your craft, with a clear path to taking on more complex challenges and leadership responsibilities.

• For Senior Roles: Lead technical delivery on key projects, mentor junior engineers, and help set technical standards and best practices.

🎯 What Are We Looking For?

For Software Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  1-3 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Java and an eagerness to work with Oracle PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, React, JSP), Linux, and application servers like Tomcat.

• A proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.

For Senior Software Engineer (all of the above, plus):

• 5+ years of professional experience with deep expertise in Java and Oracle PL/SQL.

• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software modules and mentoring team members.

• Proficiency in the full tech stack: Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, JSP, Tomcat, HTML, React is a plus.

• Hands‑on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive technical decisions.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the fintech, trading, or banking industry.

• Knowledge of networking principles and system architecture.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tools like Jira.
