We’re hiring Software Engineers who are excited about Finance & Investments and want to build real-world capital markets and wealth management systems used by brokers, fund managers, banks, and exchanges.

You’ll work with a close-knit, friendly team to deliver front-to-back financial platforms (trading, risk, portfolio analytics, middle/back office) and help shape the future of enterprise development through our Rapid Enterprise Application Platform (REAP).

What you’ll do

Depending on your strengths, you’ll focus on one or more of the tracks below (or grow into them):

1) AI-assisted FinTech Solutions Development

• Build FinTech workflows rapidly using GenAI + natural language + Python + SQL

• Translate business requirements into working prototypes and production features via REAP

2) Web / Mobile Frontend Development

• Build modern UI/UX for web and mobile apps

• Tech examples: React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, .NET Core MVC

3) Business Intelligence / Data Analytics

• Design dashboards and self-serve reporting for trading/portfolio/risk data

• Tools: Power BI / Tableau / DevExpress / SQL

4) Backend Development

• Design APIs and services for trading, portfolio, risk, and client data

• Optimize database performance and data pipelines (SQL Server)

• Tech examples: SQL, .NET, REST APIs, WCF (where applicable), Python

5) Software Testing & Automation

• Write test plans and automate regression testing across UI/API/DB

• Perform black-box and white-box testing, validate APIs and SQL logic

6) DevOps / CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Tools/examples: Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP

7) Cyber Security

• Improve secure SDLC practices and harden systems

• Experience with audit tools, IDS, secure coding, firewall management

• Familiar with frameworks like ISO 27001 / NIST / GDPR

8) System & Server Administration

• Manage infra operations and security fundamentals

• Areas: AD, SCCM, backup/restore, Hyper-V, Azure/AWS

What we’re looking for

Must-have (pick what matches your track)

• Solid foundations in software engineering (clean code, debugging, performance mindset)

• Experience in at least one: frontend / backend / data / testing / DevOps / security

• Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and production troubleshooting

• Good communication and teamwork in an iterative delivery environment

Bonus points

• Interest or experience in Finance / Capital Markets / Wealth Management

• Familiarity with products like:

  • Investment data warehouse & portfolio analytics

  • Stock trading, margin financing, portfolio financing

  • Securities borrowing & lending, CFDs, leveraged FX

  • Loans / syndicated loans, factoring & supply chain financing

  • Crypto assets, private equity

• Experience with SQL Server performance tuning and data modelling

• Built internal tools/platforms that speed up delivery (low-code, generators, frameworks)
