Job description

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong experience in React Native, AWS Lambda, and API development to support and enhance mission‑critical systems for fuel station business operations. This role combines hands‑on development with operational support to ensure seamless Business‑As‑Us‑ual (BAU) activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile and backend solutions using React Native, AWS Lambda, and APIs.
• Support seamless Fuel Station BAU operations, including station openings, handovers, reopenings, and closures.
• Manage and support incident management, change management, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with appointed vendors to ensure smooth station operations.
• Support Change Dealership Form processing and work with CardOps to ensure card acceptance readiness.
• Obtain and validate station details from PD&T, Retail Engineering, and Territorial Managers.
• Support MID & TID creation and liaise with banks (e.g., CIMB, Maybank) and relevant authorities.
• Update internal teams on MID/TID registration and card activation status.
• Maintain and update station asset inventory in Salesforce.
• Ensure all station‑impacting activities are formally approved through Release Forms.
• Track equipment deployment and ensure thorough system testing (OPT/IPT, Network, EPS, NUC, UPS).
• Consolidate station issues captured in CRM and provide monthly reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React Native, AWS Lambda, and API development.
• Familiarity with production support, BAU environments, and operational workflows.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Good problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Exposure to payment systems, retail stations, or fuel/energy industry systems.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or DevOps practices.
