ICP Agro Solutions is looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across key social platforms. This role focuses on building credibility, educating the market, and supporting business growth by converting agricultural solutions and industry insights into platform‑appropriate content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with ICP Agro Solutions’ brand and business objectives.
  • Plan monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Align content with agricultural seasons, product launches, campaigns, and industry trends.
  • Create, edit, and publish educational & informative posts, short‑form and long‑form videos, industry insights, thought leadership, product demonstrations, and case studies.
  • Adapt technical agricultural information into clear, engaging, and credible content, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
  • Execute platform‑specific tactics:
    • LinkedIn: share industry insights, company updates, thought leadership, and professional storytelling.
    • Instagram & Facebook: produce reels, carousels, visuals, and community‑focused educational content.
    • TikTok: create short, engaging educational videos that increase reach and awareness while maintaining credibility.
  • Manage day‑to‑day interactions, comments, and messages professionally.
  • Build and nurture relationships with farmers, distributors, agri‑business partners, and industry stakeholders online.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, marketing) to gather insights and content ideas.
  • Coordinate on‑site visits, field content, and documentation where required.
  • Support collaborations with industry KOLs, partners, or events from a content and coordination perspective.
  • Monitor content performance and platform analytics.
  • Provide regular reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, and enquiries, and optimise content based on insights and platform trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok best practices.
  • Experience or strong interest in agriculture, agri‑tech, or B2B industries is highly preferred.
  • Ability to create content independently (shooting, basic editing, posting).
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and accurately.
  • Willingness to travel for on‑ field content when required.
