Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness in China and other Mandarin‑speaking markets.
Align content plans with company objectives — marketing campaigns, trade shows, product launches, and recruitment drives.
Research and identify trends, hashtags, and audience interests relevant to packaging, logistics, and sustainability.
Create engaging posts, articles, and videos tailored for WeChat Official Account and Xiao Hong Shu audiences.
Localize existing English content into Mandarin with proper cultural adaptation.
Design visuals, infographics, or short videos (using Canva, CapCut, etc.) to enhance post attractiveness.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand tone across platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain relationships with key followers, influencers, and industry partners.
Encourage user engagement through interactive posts, polls, and story features.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (e.g., product highlights, trade fair participation, case studies).
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote new solutions or success stories.
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize reach and engagement.
Monitor account growth, impressions, engagement rates, and follower demographics.
Prepare monthly social media performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
Use analytics tools (WeChat backend, RED analytics, or third‑party tools) to measure ROI.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Support brand‑building initiatives — corporate videos, recruitment content, sustainability storytelling.
Liaise with external partners, KOLs, or design agencies when needed.
