What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is organized, hands‑on, and detail‑oriented to support BJAK's daily social media activities.

This role focuses on coordinating content execution, managing audience engagement, supporting campaigns, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams while maintaining a consistent and on‑brand social presence.

What You'll Do
Social Media Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure content calendars, assets, and captions are aligned and delivered on time.
  • Support consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging across all social channels.
  • Monitor social conversations, tags, and brand mentions to maintain a positive online presence.
Engagement & Community Support
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support community management by escalating inquiries, feedback, or issues when needed.
  • Collect common questions, feedback, and sentiment insights from social platforms.
Content & Campaign Support
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and video teams to support content production and delivery.
  • Adapt captions and messaging to be platform‑native and audience‑relevant.
  • Assist in executing social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Track trends, formats, and competitor activity to support content ideation.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and response time.
  • Support the preparation of weekly or monthly social media performance reports.
  • Share insights and learnings with internal stakeholders to improve execution.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, PR, and Customer Support teams to ensure aligned communication.
  • Liaise with Customer Support teams to manage escalations or follow‑ups from social channels.
  • Support influencer or creator collaborations when required.
The Right Fit Has
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1‑3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content coordination roles.
  • Strong written communication skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
