As a Senior TA Specialist, you won't just fill roles; you will shape our workforce strategy:
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute high-level recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full 360-degree hiring lifecycle—from creative job advertising and rigorous screening to offer management and successful candidate confirmation.
On-boarding Excellence: Lead the "Vince Group Welcome," ensuring all new hires are seamlessly integrated into our culture, handbook, and company profile.
Talent Development: Partner with the HR Manager to conduct training needs analysis (TNA). You’ll help design and coordinate programs for language, safety, and professional growth.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with our Marketing team to drive initiatives that make Vince Group a household name for talent.
Culture & Engagement: Champion internal events and engagement activities to maintain our energetic work environment.
Off-boarding Insights: Manage the exit process and conduct meaningful interviews to help us continuously improve retention.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in recruitment (In-house or Agency).
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and mentor team members.
Communication: Superior interpersonal skills; you should be a natural "connector."
Skillset: Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
Financial Savvy: Experience in budget management for recruitment and training.
