JEBSON ENGINEERING SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to join our team in Mount Austin, Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Monitoring project progress and identifying any issues or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensuring construction activities adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
• Preparing detailed reports on project status, productivity, and any incidents
• Supporting the project management team with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar site supervision or site engineering role, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
