Overview

LP Capital Construction Sdn Bhd – Batu Pahat, Johor

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating road maintenance activities at the project site. This includes managing work crews, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met in line with government specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day road maintenance works (pothole patching, grass cutting, drainage cleaning, signage maintenance, etc.)
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with and monitor subcontractors, site workers, and main office team.
  • Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of manpower, machinery, and material usage.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with government officers or consultants as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance to site workers when necessary.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field. (Degree is an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in road maintenance or civil engineering works.
  • Knowledge of road maintenance techniques, machinery, and safety procedures.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and road maintenance guidelines (e.g., JKR/JPS standards).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and in outdoor environments.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel within project areas.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel within Johor (JB, Kluang, Segamat, Muar, Tangkak, etc).
