Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with the contract scope of work, project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures as well as statutory rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily tasks of workers and subcontractors, ensuring work progress meets project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain daily records, including manpower, activities carried out, and weather conditions.
  • Monitor site progress and provide timely updates and reports to the Project Manager.
  • Identify, resolve, and elevate on‑site issues, delays, or conflicts to minimize project disruptions.
  • Manage and document usage of materials, tools, and labor resources efficiently.
  • Assist in planning work schedules, procurement of materials, and allocation of resources.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly site reports, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Construction or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of total work experience, preferably in site supervision or construction‑related roles.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate workers and subcontractors.
