Responsibilities

• Daily updates of work progress to Manager/Engineer
• Assist in handling and receiving of materials & equipment on site
• Assist in coordination and management of assigned projects/site & facilities
• Carry out site supervision and inspection for all trades
• Planning & scheduling of maintenance jobs
• Observations of any equipment fault during maintenance to be highlighted to customers
• Attend emergency calls during non-standard business hours that may include evening, nighttime, weekends, and/or holidays

Requirements

• Able to speak & understand simple English
• Able to write and fill up Permit-to-Work and other relevant documents needed at Construction Sites.
• Have good moral and right conduct Proactive, independent, able to lead new workers and perform under pressure
• Possess Driving License and have own vehicle
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills for fixing maintenance issues.
