Job summary

A leading construction company in Johor Bahru is seeking an Executive with 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry. The role involves day-to-day site management, supervision, and liaising with contractors. Candidates must have at least an SPM or diploma, Problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle pressure is essential. A salary of RM 2,000 to RM 3,500 per month is offered. Only male Malaysians with their own transport are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site activities
• Site supervision works and monitoring of site work progress
• Monitor all site testing works in compliance
• Prepare work progress report and related site paperwork
• Liaise with main contractors
• Any other duties deemed necessary or instructed by Project Manager
• Have patience in dealing with Officers
• Able to work independently, fast learner, self-starter, have a good sense of responsibilities
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated to complete task
• Have problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work extended and non-standard working hours when required
