About the Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor (ID Fit-Out) to support and coordinate custom interior and cabinetry fit-out works on site. This role is open to fresh graduates or candidates with site-related experience who are eager to learn and grow within a structured and process-driven ID fit-out environment. Training, guidance, and support will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in coordinating on-site ID fit-out and cabinetry installation works
• Support material verification against Delivery Orders and Packaging Lists
• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies promptly
• Follow approved drawings and site instructions during installation works
• Assist in site preparation, basic checks, and documentation
• Coordinate with installation teams and internal departments
• Attend site meetings when required
• Support quality checks, handover inspections, and defect rectification works

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of site-related experience
• Interest in interior fit-out, cabinetry, or construction-related work
• Willingness to learn site coordination and installation processes
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly
• Possess own transport

Added Advantage

• Basic ability to read drawings
• Mandarin communication ability is preferable
• Experience or internship in interior, construction, or related fields
