Job description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor / Clerk of Works to join our team at LEE & YONG ALUMINIUM SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of construction teams on site
• Monitoring progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of site activities, progress, and any incidents
• Providing regular progress reports to the management team
• Assisting with the planning and scheduling of work to optimize efficiency and resource utilization
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance site productivity and performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Clerk of Works in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all stakeholders
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on site
