JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA

• Supervising workers, subcontractors and workactivities.
• Responsible for organizing construction works on site,and report to upper management.
• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safetybriefings and toolbox talks.
• Assessing and managing safety hazards.
• Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfarefacilities are in place.
• Carrying out regular inspections.
• Helping project managers to plan the work programme.
• Helping co-ordinate delivers of materials, plant andequipment.
• Completing records for site reports.
• Attending site management meetings.
• Carrying our regular inspections to ensurecompliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
• Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
• Organizing and overseeing external inspections, suchas with a health and safety inspector.
• Providing emergency first aid if required.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES

• Relevant experience in Telecommunication Tower CivilEngineering and Tower Installation.
• A positive attitude.
