Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and site instructions
• Coordinate and control site workers, subcontractors and machinery
• Monitor daily work progress, productivity and workmanship quality
• Ensure proper implementation of construction sequence and work methods
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Enforce site safety practices in accordance with project safety requirements
• Identify site issues and report to Site Engineer / Site Manager promptly
• Check materials usage and minimize wastage on site
• Ensure site cleanliness, housekeeping and proper material storage
• Record daily site activities in site diary / log book
• Assist in inspection works, testing and quality checks
• Monitor rectification works and defects correction
• Support site handover and defect liability period works
