• Strong knowledge of site supervision, renovation processes, and construction standards.
• Good problem‑solving skills, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Skills required: Site Management, Construction Supervision, Blueprint Reading and Quality Control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including renovation and construction works, to ensure smooth and efficient progress.
• Monitor work quality and progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit regular site reports on progress, issues, and scheduling to the Project Manager.
• Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment to minimize delays, wastage, and ensure optimal resource usage.
• Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time.
