This is an exciting opportunity to join Kumpulan Hamodal Sdn Bhd as a Site Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Selangor and also in other states as and when required, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including monitoring work progress, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns, communicate progress, and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including daily reports, quality control records, and site meeting minutes.
• Promote a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction crews, sharing your expertise to enhance their skills and productivity.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
