A leading construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in construction or interior design and preferably two years of supervisory experience, especially in projects related to kitchen cabinets or interior designs. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is essential. The role also requires a proactive approach to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are achieved.
Monitor and manage resources, materials, and requisitions to support the project plan and construction schedule.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing safety codes, regulations, and best practices.
Coordinate and oversee sub-contractors in scheduling, daily operations, and quality inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with the Site Manager / Project Manager on material orders and project requirements.
Attend site meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve issues promptly, and provide progress updates.
Monitor project progress during ongoing works, and ensure proper handover, documentation, and defect rectification upon completion.
Any additional responsibilities / tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
Diploma in Construction, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferably 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, especially in kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, or interior design projects.

Strong ability to liaise with clients, project managers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Positive and proactive approach, with strong anticipation skills to meet project needs and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Knowledge and experience in interior fit-out works are highly preferred.
Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
