Job description

Responsibilities

• Instruct, supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors on site
• Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Monitor project schedule and progress, and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager
• Maintain accurate site records, including labor, materials, and daily reports
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and suppliers when needed
• Resolve any on-site problems or conflicts promptly
