Job summary

A construction company in Penang is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites. In this full-time role, you will manage project schedules, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in site supervision, M & E experience, and the ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. A valid driving license and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in a related field.
• Must have M & E experience.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Driving license (class D) with own transport.

Join Ocean Plumbing Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as a Site Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to‑day operations of construction sites in Penang. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in creating, updating and managing project course, site schedule, time frames and budget.
• Coordinate and schedule manpower, materials and equipment at site.
• Manage proper paperwork for a project if required and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.
• Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team and work progress.
• Ensure project completed within schedule.
• Ensure no interruption to production operation and no accident during project execution.

Requirements

• Education: SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1‑2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have M & E experience.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Good Leadership, Responsible, Discipline, Matured, Organized and Good Communication Skills.
• Good in MS Excel, Word software.
• Based in Penang, Driving license (class D) with own transport.
