We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Contract Position) to join our dynamic team at RenoSssance Interior Sdn. Bhd in Kulai, Johor. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with strict timelines and budgets.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
• Report progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
• Check materials and workmanship quality
• Attend site meetings and prepare basic reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

What we're looking for

• Contract Duration: 4-months. Contract renewable and/or convertible to permanent position upon contract ending.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in reading and interpreting Bills of Quantities and Construction Drawings
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiar with site safety procedures and regulations
• Willing to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
• Certificate/Diploma in Construction or related field is an advantage
