Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor role is a pivotal position within HTY Construction. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day site operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Penor, Pahang (might relocation if the project is finished). Prefer if with Tiling work experience.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitoring site safety, quality, productivity and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks that could impact project timelines and budgets.
• Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress reports to the Site Manager.
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced members of the construction crew.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry (Tiling works).
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals.
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, safety standards and quality control processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgements in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
