Job summary

A construction company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities and manage subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering, along with 2-3 years of relevant site experience, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring safety regulations are met and that all necessary materials and tools are available on site. Willingness to travel within Peninsular Malaysia is essential.

Job description

Site supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site;

Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work;

Attend sub-contractors coordination meetings, safety meetings and technical meetings as and when required;

Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site;

Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times;

Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• 2 to 3 years on site working experience;
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
• Willing to travel outstation within Peninsular Malaysia;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
