Responsibilities

Supervise all site activities and monitor the work progress.

Liaise and coordinate with Client and Sub-Contractors for the work schedule and resolve any outstanding matters that can cause delay.

Report to superior for the work progress.

Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations are complied.

Carry out necessary site inspections from time to time.

Ensure the material receipts are being delivered to the designated location.

Ad hoc works as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work independently and willing to learn.

Willing to work overtime, if needed.

Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethics is a priority.

Possess own transport.
