Job description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with experience in renovation and refurbishment works to oversee daily site activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily renovation works at site.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on site.
• Ensure site safety practices and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report site issues to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or site-related problems.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Ensure proper use and control of materials and tools on site.

Requirements

• Good understanding of renovation works such as demolition, finishes, M&E coordination, and rectification works.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and site instructions.
• Strong site coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site.
