Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up the progress of works of the project.
• Planning arrangement of site and coordination.
• Execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning.
• Ensure projects meet stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring work.
• Direct supervision of site works with ability to read construction drawings.
• Conduct site evaluation of project installation and report status.
• Daily progress monitoring and ensure daily activities are recorded.
• Ensure all safety requirements are adhered to at work site.
• Ensure material, manpower, and machinery are ready before work starts.
• Confirm issue/receipt requirements and maintain accurate stock keeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up the progress of works of the project.
• Planning arrangement of site and coordinator.
• To execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning.
• To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the sub-contractor.
• Direct supervision of site works with ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Conduct site evaluation of the project installation and report status and issue to respective project manager/engineer.
• Daily progress monitoring and make sure daily work activities are recorded.
• Ensure all safety requirements are always adhered to at the work site.
• Ensure the material, manpower, machineries, authorities’ approval and site condition are ready before the work start.
• Ensure materials and machinery used by sub-contractors or workers are of approved type.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractors.
• To lead, coordinate and control all workers and sub-contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract.
• Confirm for issue/receipt requirements maintain accurate stock keeping.
• Managing and co-ordinate all site activities to ensure smooth implementation of the project within schedule and quality.
