Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on, responsible, and highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day site operations across multiple renovation and construction projects. The role covers renovation works, reinforced concrete (RC) works, superstructure works, roofing works, and architectural finishes.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure works meet project standards, and uphold strict site safety practices. The position may require managing several sites depending on project demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for renovation, RC, superstructure, and roofing works.
• Oversee architectural works including plastering, screeding, tiling, waterproofing, and related trades.
• Ensure all works comply with site safety regulations, method statements, and quality requirements.
• Plan manpower, material delivery, and site logistics.
• Monitor progress and report issues, delays, and daily updates to management.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical matters.
• Ensure proper implementation of scaffolding, shoring, temporary works, and roofing safety measures.
• Maintain good discipline, cleanliness, and safety practices on site.
• Travel between multiple sites as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in construction supervision, preferably in renovation, RC, or roofing works.
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures, scaffolding, shoring, roofing safety, and structural sequencing.
• Familiar with architectural trades and finishing works.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime when required (OT will be compensated).
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Possession of own transport.
