TNO Project Management – Balakong, Selangor

TNO Group of Companies is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team in Balakong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am - 1:30pm)

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction and retail renovation activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Monitor the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and retail renovation crews, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality control measures.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during both construction and retail renovation projects.

Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, material usage, and safety incidents.

Provide regular progress reports to the management team and clients.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Junior Site Supervisor position.

Strong understanding of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Open to working overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
