We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide daily/weekly site reports to the Project Manager.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, enforce safety procedures, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Inspect workmanship and materials to maintain quality standards.
• Solve site issues promptly and communicate any delays, risks, or technical problems.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage site documentation such as site diaries, attendance, inspections, and material usage.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or relevant working experience).
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
