Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Kemajuan Arjaya in Batu Pahat District, Johor. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors and trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols to protect workers and the public
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and report on project status to management
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities to meet project timelines
• Ensure quality control measures are followed and that work meets specified standards
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address concerns and queries
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to the construction team as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and health and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
