Job description

Supervise daily site safety operations for M&E/ACMV construction projects.

Conduct toolbox meetings and implement effective risk control measures.

Ensure strict adherence to safe work procedures, permit-to-work systems, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor subcontractor safety practices and enforce corrective actions as necessary.

Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and PPE compliance.

Assist the Safety & Health Officer (SHO) during audits, emergency drills, and incident investigations.

Provide guidance and training to site personnel on safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Certificate recognized by DOSH.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction safety, preferably within M&E/ACMV projects.

Strong knowledge of site risk management and occupational safety regulations.

First Aid & CPR Certification.

Familiarity with ISO 45001/ 9001 and environmental health standards.

Excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to proactively identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
