Job description

Iswarabena Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in Klang District, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a safe work environment on our construction sites, ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols and procedures
• Providing safety training and education to site personnel
• Investigating and reporting on incidents and accidents, and taking corrective actions
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and update safety plans
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to site safety

What we're looking for

• Must registered with JKKP and a Yellow Book holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with site personnel and management
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and address safety issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant safety certifications or training (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)
