A construction safety management company is seeking a Site Safety Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
  • Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) or pursuing registration.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiar with OSHA, FMA, and CIDB Safety Guidelines.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits.
  • Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Identify unsafe acts or conditions and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update Safety File in accordance with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit safety reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
  • Assist in preparing Permit to Work (PTW) documents.
