Job summary

A leading construction firm in Johor is seeking an experienced Engineer (M&E) to manage QA/QC procedures. The role involves overseeing inspections, testing, and documentation while ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for planning and executing all testing and commissioning activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring systems are fully functional and ready for operational handover. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
  • Good knowledge of testing and commissioning standards.
  • Knowledge of relevant software for construction and infrastructure.
  • Able to be based in Johor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor quality implementation at site according to Quality Management System.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding inspections and testing.
  • Oversee T&C activities to ensure systems are ready for operational handover.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
