Job summary

A consulting quantity surveying firm is seeking an Inspector of Works-QS to be based in Ranau. The role involves site measurements, managing variations, and supporting final account preparations among various responsibilities. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years site experience, preferably in civil works.
• Have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Join our team as an Inspector of Works-QS.
• Conduct interim valuations for progress payments.
• Perform site measurement for completed or aborted works.
• Monitor and manage variations.
• Support Extension of Time evaluations.
• Assist in Final Account preparations.
• Attend site and supervisory meetings.
• Report regularly to Head Office.
• Travel or drive as required.
