Job summary

A construction and interior design company in Penang is seeking an administrative support personnel to assist site personnel, compile reports, and manage documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and work well independently or in a team. A high school diploma is required, with additional qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to site personnel
  • Compile and prepare daily reports, minutes of meetings, and other documentation
  • Verify and match delivery orders (D/O)
  • Liaise with the main office for procurement of necessary materials
  • Ensure proper preservation and site recordings with an organized filing system
  • Manage office supplies and handle site correspondence
Qualifications
  • Strong communication & customer service skills (English & Bahasa Melayu)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in construction/interior design is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional admin qualifications preferred)
