Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Degree in Building/Construction or any other relevant qualifications.

At least 5 years of working experience in construction

Possess good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Possess strong leadership skills and able to lead the team.

Possess own transportation for travelling.

Tasks & responsibilities

Hands on Site Supervision.

Manage assigned project(s) to ensure that the project completes on time, within budget and specified quality and safety requirements for handing-over to the clients.

Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project objectives.

Strong management skills in dealing with external parties such as Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Local Authority bodies, etc.

Assembling a project team, assigning roles and responsibilities and ensuring that each team member understand their tasks.

Identifying potential risks and creating a strategy to mitigate them, monitoring risks throughout and taking action to minimize their impact.

Ensuring that project deliverables are completed, reviewed the project success against initial goals and conducting analysis.

Willing to travel due to project needs.

Any others task assigned by the Project Manager or management.
