Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise works in accordance with requirements and Drawings.
• Report technical issues to Project Manager / Engineer.
• Submit daily site reports to client representative.
• Maximize material usage and maintain hygiene at work sites.
• Report deviations from safety regulations.
• Supervise workers to ensure timely progress.
• Inspect site with Clerk of Work and resolve obstructions.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordination and supervision of works and ensuring they are in accordance to requirements and Drawings;
• Arise technical issues from subcontractor to Project Manager / Engineer.
• Preparation and submission of daily site report to client representative.
• Ensuring maximization of material usage.
• Maintain hygiene within the work site areas.
• Prompt reporting of any deviation from established procedures and safety regulations / practices.
• Ensuring corrective action taken on all non-conformances and records are raised and maintained.
• Carry out inspection with Clerk of Work.
• Standing supervision on workers to deliver progress within timeline given.
• Arise issues of any obstruction at Project Site and Provide solution in discussion with team.
• Willing travel outstation.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) / Building or SPM equivalent.

Required skill(s): MS Project. Auto CAD, Microsoft Office.

At least 2 year(s) of work experience in the related field.

Preferably experienced Site Planning and Supervising specializing in Plumbing Work.
