Requirement

• Able to work independently and possess good initiative.
• Experience – Civil and structural works (prefer in sub-structure work and earthworks)
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with all parties in the project.
• Highly disciplined, punctual, responsible, and very duty‑bound.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project/Primavera and etc.

Responsibility

• Responsible for the monitoring of work progress and preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Direct and monitor the progress of construction activities by working with sub-contractors, supervisors, construction workers, quality and safety personnel, and others.
• Produce and check all drawing discrepancies.
• Ensure all documentation compliance with ISO and Company's requirements.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
• To assist the Project Manager.
• Performs any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
