Job description

Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manager/Construction Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system
• To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to
• To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites
• To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and etc
• To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. Results of such to conform to specifications.
• To submit sample materials and calibrations certificates to relevant consultants for approval
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Possess excellent management & organization skills, good leadership, good communication and coordination skills
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with technicians, site personnel, consultant, and clients.
