Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and general workers to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of works.
• Review and study construction drawings, technical documents, and specifications to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of site progress.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, main contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Conduct site inspections jointly with Clerk of Works (COW), main contractor, and consultants when required.
• Monitor site materials, deliveries, and usage to avoid wastage and ensure sufficient stock on site.
• Prepare and submit site documentation including daily reports, weekly progress reports, RFI/RFIW (inspection forms), and other relevant technical documents.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and project quality standards.
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to superior or management in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / ELV / Construction‑related field) OR minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in construction, preferably in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects.
• Strong knowledge in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical plans.
• Good site management, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Positive working attitude and able to lead and motivate site workers.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
