Job summary

The ideal applicant should have an SPM or Diploma qualification, 2-3 years of experience in construction or manufacturing, and strong project management skills. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, preparing daily reports, and maintaining safety on-site. The role requires initiative, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Our company is a leading supplier in Commercial Recreation products across Malaysia and exporting around the world. We have commercial relationships with Landscape Architects as well as Property Developers, International Schools, and Government authorities. Our company makes and sells the best quality playground products in their category in the world and provides design support that leads the industry.

You will play an important role, such as :

Able to communicate and work closely with suppliers to source

Coordination with Sales Person for project required.

Reporting to General Manager & Operation Manager weekly schedule.

Overseeing construction sites & ensuring projects are completed on time

Maintaining a safe work environment & recording to sites requirement.

Coordinate with client's site personnel on worker's safety and project quality issue and carry out testing and commissioning at site.

Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check & take site measurements.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have :

SPM or Diploma qualification or equivalent.

2-3 years experiences (in construction/manufacturing industries) an added advantage.

Knowledge of buidling codes, safety regulations and construction practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills in multiple language

Ability to manage budgets, schedule & personnel.

Familiar with contruction software & project management skills.
