We are seeking a dedicated Site Clerk to join our team at PD Brick Sdn Bhd in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Invoice and Delivery Order (DO)
  • Receiving and weighing of incoming and outgoing materials
  • Attend to company’s incoming and outgoing calls and mails
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Site Supervisor and management
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Site Clerk or in a similar administrative role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles is preferred
