Qualifications

• Experience in signboard, fabrication, or production, with a strong advantage for 3D signboard experience.
• Able to operate router, laser cutting machines, grinder, drill, and basic hand tools.
• Disciplined, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble 2D/3D signboards according to designs.
• Operate machinery and tools for cutting, sanding, and finishing.
• Assist with basic LED wiring and installation preparation when needed.
• Prepare packaging before delivery or installation.
• Ensure all work is neat, accurate, and meets specifications.
• Work closely with designers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
