As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Shipping & Operations Representative to join our dynamic Malaysia team. If you are passionate about logistics, problem‑solving, and global operations – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order & Shipment Coordination

    • Manage full order processing cycle including delivery planning and logistics arrangement.
    • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs departments, and distributors to ensure smooth import/export processes.
    • Handle ad‑hoc import shipments and resolve related issues with customers and logistics partners.
    • Issue relevant shipping documentation such as Invoices and Delivery Orders.
  • Sales & Administrative Support

    • Assist the sales team in coordinating client orders and administrative work.
    • Serve as the point of contact for customers – addressing enquiries, providing shipment updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Risk Management

    • Monitor compliance with international import/export regulations and company guidelines.
    • Identify and assess risks (e.g., customs delays, transportation disruptions) and implement contingency plans.
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Process Optimisation

    • Continuously evaluate logistics processes to identify cost‑saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
    • Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance import/export workflows and overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCount accounting software.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Positive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Shah Alam.
  • Hands‑on, dependable, and adaptable to a fast‑paced logistics environment.
