• Oversee the preparation, submission, and maintenance of all LMW-related documentation.
• Liaise with inter-departmental teams, freight forwarders, agents, and transport providers to coordinate and monitor all shipments efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and compliant customs clearance procedures for raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in shipping or logistics operations within a manufacturing company with LMW or GPB license.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in Certificate of Origin (CO) applications.
• Certified with a valid Customs Agent Course (Kursus Ejen Kastam? KEK) qualification.
